Delegate Registration deadline has been extended to May 1st, 2012!
You can ignore the deadline date it says on the Application Package.

There is NO online payment option, you must mail the payment cheque or cash to the address indicated on the Application Package.

Delegate Applications are available under the "Delegate" Tab at the top of the page.

If you sent an application and have not received a confirmation e-mail, do not panic. I will be sending out confirmation early next week. If you do not get an e-mail from me by Wednesday, April 17th, please e-mail me! Thanks :)
