The Clubs Executive Council (CEC) is a body which advises and assists the Clubs Administration in the performance of their duties.
Each club division has a "Divisional Chair’" who holds the following responsibilites:
- Hold weekly office hours in MUSC 215c
- Attend periodic meetings with the club presidents of your division
- Distribute information to the clubs in your division
- Represent the clubs in your division
- Attend monthly CEC meetings.

Divisional Chair Office Hours
Each divisonal chair representative will hold one office hour a week in room 215C. If you have any questions, concerns or issues please bring these forward to your club division chair and they can bring it forward to the next Clubs Executive Council. These office hours will begin on the week of November 13, 2011.
Mobolaji Adeolu (Academic): Monday 2:30pm - 3:30pm
Eric Coomes (Recreational): Tuesday 10:30am - 11:30am
Monika Polakowska (Culutral): Wednesday 10:30am - 11:30am
Arnav Agarwal (Social Issues): Friday 11:30am - 12:30pm
