ClubSpace is located in the McMaster University Student Centre room 215.

Locker Application for New Clubs

If you are a club who was raitifted for January 2012, you can apply for a locker!

Locker Applications are due by noon on Friday January 20th, 2012 to the Clubs Administrator.

Office Space
All MSU Recognized clubs are eligible for offices in MUSC 215 ClubSpace.
There are 9 offices located in ClubSpace which are shared by three clubs throughout the year.
To apply for an office fill out the application provided below before noon on the due date. Office space selection is done by lottery, except for club winners who are guarneteed an office space. Clubs who recieve an office will be emailed and will have to make a $50 deposit for office keys. Deposits will be given back at the end of the year as long as keys are submitted at 11:00am on Wednesday April 19th, 2012.

ClubSpace also has two communal offices that clubs who are not given an office can use. These offices can be booked out for meetings by contacting the Clubs Administrator.

**All offices have basic furnishings such as a desk and chairs, and are equipped with internet connections for use with a laptop or other computer on the McMaster OpenPorts system.

Lockers
ClubSpace is equipped with 168 lockers ranging in size from small, medium and large.
Clubs can apply for lockers by completing the application below and submitting it no later than noon on the due date.
A $10 deposit is required for locks on the lockers. Deposits will be given back at the end of the year as long as locks are retunred before 11:00am on Wednesay April 19th, 2011
