How to raise additional funds
The Clubs Administrator does not have the budget necessary to fund more than a fraction of all club events, and as an MSU club, it is necessary for you to raise your own funds through such means as the following:
1. Charging Membership fees for your club, and/or admission fees for your events
2. Soliciting sponsorships of money, product, or discounts on products or services
3. Fundraising events
Click here for more information on fundraising, sponsorships and/or donations. This can be one of the best ways to improve the quality of the services your club can provide!
Special Project Funding
Clubs may also request for further MSU Funding through a Special Project Funding request. The purpose of the clubs Special Project Funding is to allow clubs the opportunity to work collaboratively on an event that brings clubs together and positively represents Clubs, the MSU and McMaster University.
