Applications for September 2012 are here!!
All new and returning clubs must apply during this application period.
Please ensure that you hold your Executive Position Elections before the deadline so you can provide the Clubs Administrator with an updated list of Club Executives.
Please make sure to fill out the entire application package and submit a club constitution to the Club Administrator via email (clubs@msu.mcmaster.ca) by Friday March 9th @ 4:00pm.
All new clubs must set up an intereview with the Clubs Administrator between February 27th and March 8th. Please email the Club Administrator to set up an interview.
Remember: If you DO NOT submit an application you will NOT be ratified!

Ratification Schedule
**September Ratification: Application available February and due the 2nd Friday in March. Ratification meeting is held in June.
January Ratification: Application avilable in October and due by noon on Wednesday Novemebr 16th, 2011. Ratification meeting is held January.
**All clubs (both returning and new) must apply for ratification during this application period.
Granting MSU Status
Please note, having been granted MSU status in 2010-2011 or prior does not guarntee that your club will be ratified.
A club must be able to demonstrate:
- Uniquness: the club must not have the same or similar mandate to other existing clubs or groups on campus;
- Distinctiveness: the club must be readily distinguishable from all other existing clubs;
- Maintain significant student interest and
- Produce positive impacts on the McMaster community.
All club applications shall be reivewed by the Clubs Administrator before being put forward to the SRA.
The Clubs Administrator may provide recommendations to the organization in an effort to assist in ratification. The Clubs Administrator may make recommendations that are additional to or above the requirements stipulated within the Clubs Policy. Any assistance from the Clubs Administrator does not guarantee that the club will be ratified.
The Club Administrator shall provide recommendations to the SRA with respect to whether or not ratification is recommended for each applicant club.
