Event Planning

Any club wishing to hold an event* must first complete a Student Event Planning Approval Form from EOHSS (Environmental & Occupational Health Support Services).

*An event is any activity in which a clubs participates in located both on and off campus. (examples: meeting, formal, lecture, sports, discussion groups, MUSC table, trip, concert ... )

Note*** Clubspace rooms do not require an EOHSS form.

Booking with Conference Services?
If you have a submitted/approved EOHSS form, you may now book online!

MUSC
MUSC Adminstration can help you book rooms, information and bake sale tables and banner space in the Student Centre!
Before booking a room or table with MUSC, make sure to fill out the MUSC Privilege Form.

MUSC is now holding Fundraising Fridays!
Fundraising Friday was created to allow student groups the opportunity to promote their activities without some of the restrictions that are normally in place with the Club Tables. For a small registration fee, groups are allowed to sell memberships, event tickets and/or swag. The collection of donations for non-profit organizations is also permitted. Promotional activities with the giving away of prizes is also allowed at this event.

The next Fundraising Friday will be on Friday March 23rd, 2012 9:00am-4:30pm.

Showing Films?
