The following Pharmacies will accept your student card as payment for the Plan’s 80% share.  You will only be required to pay 20% of the total cost of your prescription to the pharmacy.  Using a pharmacy with a lower dispensing fee will reduce your 20% contribution.

 

If you cannot visit a participating pharmacy, you are required to pay for your prescription in full and submit the original receipts along wtih a health claim form to the Insurance Broker for reimbursement.
