Planing to put your poster up?

Post your information ... but know your postering information. 

MSU Underground Media + Design is the only place on campus that can approve your posters!

The following Poster Checklist is only a brief guide to obtaining on-campus poster approval:




Stamping Fees

If you are looking to have between 1 -10 posters stamped, there is no fee associated with it. 

If you are looking to have over 10 posters stamped and have not yet printed your posters, we recommend that you:
Print one first, get it stamped, and then photocopy the rest. This avoids any stamping fees.

If you are looking to have over 10 posters stamped and have already printed your posters, the following fees apply:
Machine stamped (ex: standard 8.5x11 paper)  $0.05 per poster*
Hand stamped/stickered (ex: cardstock/glossy papers)   $0.10 per poster*

* Please note that the stamping method needed for your poster is up to the   discretion of the Underground staff
 


MSU Club Logo

Clubs that have been granted official MSU Club Status are required to have The MSU Club Logo on their poster, prior to obtaining the MSU Poster approval stamp. This logo can be found on the MSU Clubs Website.

Are you an MSU Service or Registered MSU Club? If so, please see the Poster Monkey website for more information on how to get your posters put up on campus, free of charge.
