The MSU MacTalks campaign aims to encourage constructive conversation about the mental health and wellness of all student on campus through awareness-building and advocacy efforts. This year, the MSU Provincial and Federal Affairs Committee, MSU Education Department, Student Success Centre, and MSU services (including SHEC, WGEN, Maccess, and Spark) have come together to start the conversation, share existing supports, and build on your feedback to create policy action for promoting positive mental health.

Wednesday, March 4, 5pm-6pm in MUSC 311/313: Stress-Free Coffee and Tea
Come de-stress with us and our MSU services! Drop in at any time and decorate cupcakes, colour, or make stress balls to unwind from your studies. Also a great opportunity to learn more about SHEC, WGEN, Maccess, and Spark. Free coffee and tea will be provided!
Thursday, March 5, 3:30pm-4:30pm in GH 110 (Student Success Center): Everything You Need at the Student Success Center
Learn about the services you already pay for at the Student Success Center! The SSC can provide tons of easy-to-access resources and will support you in everything from writing a paper to acing your exam to finding a job! Free coffee and tea will be provided.
Tuesday, March 10, 12pm-4pm in MUSC Marketplace: Wellness Fair
Come check out different resources and supports available on campus from counselling and meditation to therapy dogs and cooking classes!
Tuesday, March 10, 6-7pm in TwelvEighty: Perspectives on Mental Health - Panel and Open Discussion
Join professors, health professionals, and students for an honest conversation about mental health and society. All are welcome and appetizers will be provided!
