McMaster Debating Society

To foster a dynamic environment where students can use their freedom of speech and expression in an open forum, engage in critical thinking on a variety of issues on the local, regional, national, and international level, and expand learning in order to become more active and productive citizens. The training of amateur (novice) or well-experience debaters is an integral part of enhancing the academic environment at McMaster and the Canadian University Society of Intercollegiate Debate (CUSID).
