Are you Ready to DODGE! for a Good Cause?
The DODGE! For a Good Cause tournament is an annual sports event that is held by MSU and Athletics & Recreation, to raise funds for a local or national charity. Humanity First Canadais a not for profit, volunteer based, humanitarian relief organization. This club focuses on disaster relief as well as the long term development of poorer communities and funds various projects involving clean water, medical care, education, and orphan care. Humanity First McMaster is looking to raise $6000 to build a well in a village in Nigeria, Africa on behalf of the McMaster/Hamilton community. Come out to DBAC on March 8th, 2014 for a day filled with fun, prizes and of course Dodge ball! Students can register online or at the DBAC Business Office until Thursday March 6, 2014. Clubs External Funding:
Undergraduate Student Initiative Fund (USIF)
In addition to the funding a club can receive via the MSU Clubs department, you may also apply to the Undergraduate Student Initiatives Fund. Click the logo to learn more about the USIF, including deadlines and the application process. You may apply to the USIF independantly of MSU Club funding, there is no need to submit a budget to the Clubs Administrator in advance of applying to the USIF.
Please note the following deadlines are applicable to USIF applicaitons:
September 27, 2013 – (Term I, programs/events held September 1 to November 30)
November 29, 2013 – (Term II, programs/events held December 1 to March 31)
February 15, 2014 – (Term III, programs/events held April 1 to August 30)

UTS Notice: Email Account Cancellation
Please be advised that this is a broadcast message (sent to MANY accounts) and is also a recurring event, and is meant to indicate to UTS which accounts have become unused/inactive. The MSU Clubs Administrator is currently preparing a document to send to UTS indicating ALL active MSU Club email accounts. Club executives DO NOT need to do anything to handle this issue - it is being completely taken care of by the MSU Clubs Administrator.

New Clubs: Please be advised that your official (firstname.lastname@example.org) email addresses have been created. Club executives should have received an email from the Assistant Clubs Administrator containing the relevant information. If you have not received this email or if you have any quesitons, please visit the MSU Clubs Administrator (MUSC 215N).
Returning Clubs: For those clubs which are having issues with your official (email@example.com) email account or your EOHSS PIN code, please contact the Clubs Administrator with any issues. However, please be patient as it may take some time to solve the issue.
Looking for ways to promote your event?
Add your event to the MSU Events Calendar. Simply log in to the MSU Website click on the "Calendar" tab at the top of the page and click "Add Event".
Your event will instantly be added to the MSU Event Calendar for all MSU users to see and its free to use!

Please remember that it is essential for clubs to be checking their club email accounts at least once a month, as UTS will delete accounts that are inactive for this amount of time.
