McMaster University is a very diverse community; as such, McMaster students face diverse needs that must be continuously fulfilled. In response, the MSU has developed Diversity Services to strive to meet the needs of a diverse campus.
Diversity Services exists to celebrate and unite the variety of diverse groups on campus while covering programming that ranges from multiculturalism, interfaith, and Indigenous affairs. In order to accomplish this, we help to plan, support, and promte events that allow students to fully experience the differences that make our campus unique. Our service also acts to advocate for an inclusive environment in which all students feel welcome and free to embrace their identity.
Our service further administers Bridges Cafe in coordination with Hospitality Services. The space is FREE for students to use for various events.
Diversity Services are welcoming of any student who wishes to volunteer or become more involved in the service.
