  • How can I set boundaries with friends and family based on what I need?
  • What routines help me in stay anchored in what I really want and take care of myself when school gets busy?

Join us to explore the Personal Daily Rhythm that works for you as assignments and midterms begin to appear on the horizon. Discuss ideas for being productive and making habits stick, try mindfulness practices, and reflect on these questions. Learn from each other in a judgement-free atmosphere of respect with no pressure to share.

Creativity Circle: Monday, September 21 at 3:30-4:20pm

Body Mind Spirit Circle: Wednesday, September 23 at 4:30-5:20pm

Meditation Circle: Friday, September 25 at 12:30-1:20pm
