1) When is Charity Ball?
Charity Ball 2016 will be taking place on Friday, January 29th, 2016. Doors are at 8:30PM.
2) How much are tickets?
From November 6 - December 22 (or until supplies last), tickets will be $30 + HST. When school starts in the new year, ticket prices will go up to $40 + HST.
3) Who can come to Charity Ball?
Anyone! Everyone and anyone is welcomed to attend Charity Ball. McMaster students can be all ages with a valid student ID, but guests or students who are not from McMaster have to be 19+ with a valid government ID.
4) How do I dress?
Dress to impress! In keeping the theme of A Masked Affair, this is the time where you can let your hair loose, and bust out in your best dress robes!
5) How do I get involved with Charity Ball?
This year, unfortunately there are no more spots available on our committee.
HOWEVER! We start recruitment of the finest at Clubsfest that happens during Welcome Week in September. If you are interested in joining the committee for Charity ball 2016-2017, make sure you drop by the Clubsfest table, or send us an email at email@example.com in the new year!
6) How do tickets look like?
Get your Charity Ball ticket package which indlues:
- Information on the charity of Charity Ball 2016: Rainbow's End Community Development Corporation
- Charity Ball ticket
- Convention Centre Map
All sealed with a Charity Ball wax seal!
7) Will there be dinner?
There will be NO formal sit-down dinner. However, there will be hors d'oeuvres throughout the night in the "Midnight Waltz" room, as well as desserts and refreshments in the "A Sweet Affair" room.
8) How do I get there?
Hamilton Convention Centre

BUS: From the divinity college bus stop going EAST, take the the 1A, 5A, OR the 51, and get off at Main and Macnab.
From the Main and Emerson EAST bound stop, take the 10, and 5E and get off at Main and Macnab.
Or just take any bus going EAST and stop at Main and Macnab.
