McMaster University to move classes online for fall 2020

The safety of the campus community is paramount. With a recent spike in Ontarian cases and the potential for a second wave of Covid-19 in the fall, McMaster University’s decision to move fall instruction to an online model is a necessary and responsible precaution to help reduce the spread of the virus. However, hearing this news is not easy. Students are understandably disheartened to learn campus life will be impacted moving into fall 2020.

The MSU is hiring paid and volunteer roles

There are a variety of volunteer and paid positions currently accepting applications across different MSU services.Although the physical spaces and operations for MSU services will be closed for the rest of the semester as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MSU continues to plan for a fully operational fall semester. Ten wellness tips to practice while social distancing

Social distancing does not mean that no one cannot go outside their home, but rather refers to minimizing close contact with other people, including keeping a distance of two metres away from others at all times
