McMaster University is offering a new award starting this year, aimed at providing students (undergraduate, graduate, and professional) with a chance to engage in transformative experiences, which normally would not be considered part of typical academic programs.
This award, valued at up to $25,000 and generously funded by Drs. Jolie Ringash and Glen Bandiera, is aptly called the Renaissance Award. Because of its distinctive status, there will be a special information session to explain more background about the Renaissance Award as well as information on how to apply.
The information session is being held Monday September 24, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Gilmour Hall Room 111, jointly hosted by The School of Graduate Studies and University Advancement.
