MSU’s First Annual Accessibility Forum – November 27, 2014

On Thursday, November 27 from 6:00 – 8:30 PM, join McMaster Students Union (MSU) Diversity Services and the University Affairs Committee for the MSU’s first annual Accessibility Forum, located in CIBC Hall, MUSC 319.
The Forum will welcome special guest speakers, including David Lepofsky, head of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Committee, and Tim Nolan, head of Student Accessibility Services at McMaster. After opening remarks from the guest speakers, there will be break-out table discussions for students facilitated by students with disabilities. There will also be tables for staff and faculty to discuss accessibility issues on campus.
This forum is open to all McMaster community members and will be a safe space for students to discuss issues around accessibility present on our campus, and potential solutions to these issues. To RSVP, please complete the Google form here.
