The Chaplaincy Centre is holding “drop-in” hours for students who would just like to stop by for some coffee, tea, cookies and fruit. This event takes place in MUSC 230 from 5:30-9:00 pm on April 17-21, and 23. Please note that the event on April 23 will end early, at 7:30 pm.

SHEC Exam Destressors
The Student Health and Education Centre (SHEC) is holding give major exam distressing events this month. The Silhouette committee is holding Art Attack on Monday April 17 from 10:30-1:30 in MUSC 222. Art is a super great way to take a break from exam studying, and SHEC has canvases and paint ready for you to do some painting and drawing.
On Tuesday April 18, the Nutrition and Active Living Committee is bringing therapy dogs to campus to help with exam stress. Visit the dogs from 6-8pm in Mills Library.
The Mental Health Committee is holding their event, Snack, Crumple and Pop, on Wednesday April 19 from 1:30-3:30 outside the SHEC office (MUSC 202). Stop by the table to make trail mix snacks, writing out your fears to crumple, and pop some bubble wrap.
On Thursday April 20, the Sexual Health Committee is holding a Friendship Bracelet Making event in MUSC 224 from 2-4pm. Listen to some music and learn how to make friendship bracelets to make your friends smile this exam season!
To finish off the week, the Addictions Awareness Committee is holding their event, Hot Drinks, Warm Hearts from 11am-2pm in MUSC 230. Get some hot drinks and get to decorate and take home the mug they’ll be in.
