Applications for Part-Time Managers are open, closing November 15

The MSU has begun the search for self-directed, passionate, and dedicated students to oversee the operations of different services. Within the month of November, numerous Part-Time Managers (PTM) will be hired to oversee the following services for the next academic year. The position available include: Diversity Services Director, Student Health Education Centre (SHEC) Coordinator, Queer Students Community Centre (QSCC) Coordinator, Emergency First Response Team (EFRT) Director, Mac Farmstand Director, Shinerama Coordinator, Student Walk Home Attendance Team (SWHAT) Coordinator, Horizons Coordinator, Creating Youth Amongst Leadership (CLAY) Coordinator, Mac Bread Bin Director, and Welcome Week Faculties Coordinator.
Preethi Anbalagan, Vice President (Administration), is looking forward to hiring these individuals. She believes that the programming, advocacy, and events that take place under the direction of Part-Time Managers significantly enhances the student experience.
“Each position is unique and would suit students with varying interests and experiences,” said Anbalagan. “These part-time jobs are a great way to get involved with the MSU and affect change in the McMaster community.”
Candidates need not have worked for or volunteered with a MSU service to be considered for the role. All manner of experiences are welcomed to apply.
