The OSAP Repayment Seminar, brought to you by the SRA Standing Committee on University Affairs, will consist of a presentation from the National Student Loans service center, as well as Q & A from the audience. It will take place in MDCL 3020 this Wednesday, November 28th from 12:30-1:30PM. All are welcome.

On Tuesday, November 27th, MSU Campus Events will to host a holiday feast for you & yours at TwelvEighty.
Keeping with the Dinner & a Show theme of this October past, $15 tickets for the show AND a traditional turkey dinner with dessert are available at Compass. Dinner is from 6:30PM - 7:45PM & the show begins at 8PM.

Let's Talk Trans runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm in CIBC Hall (3rd floor of MUSC), this Friday, November 23rd. Let's Talk Trans is an educational event focused on highlighting the issues faced by the trans community. There will be panel-format topics and guest speakers discussing gender identity and the everyday struggles of trans individuals.

Each year, the MSU recognizes various students and student leaders for outstanding achievements on campus, or in the community. Nominations are judged by various committees, with representation from all corners of campus, including student peers. The committees that determine awards winners are currently looking for students to assit in choosing award winners.

As part of a program founded in September, the McMaster School of Nursing has been working together with Refugee Hamilton Centre for Newcomer Health to provide health and wellness centres for those without proper access to health care. In order to keep the program running, further funding is required. To that end, they have applied for the AVIVA Community Competition for a $100,000 grant and need help to secure the funds.
