CLAY is a 3-day, 2-night leadership conference unlike any other! Delegates will embark on an experience that provides students with the opportunity to share and expand their knowledge in open, innovative and interactive session-based environment with other students. Session-based activities are facilitated by McMaster student leaders to create a safe and conducive environment to self-development and exploration of topics such as: trust and risk, leadership and communication, social awareness, support and wellness, empowerment and self-awareness.

CLAY takes place in May 2018 bringing together high-school students from all across the greater McMaster/Hamilton/GTA community for a fantastic weekend of learning, leadership and a lot of fun. The delegate fees for the weekend are an all-inclusive fee covering the first minute you arrive to the very end of the conference, this includes transportation, accommodations, food, programming and swag.

All delegates are expected to find transportation to and from McMaster University, where the conference will start and end. However, the majority of the conference will occur at Camp Trillium Rainbow Lake, a professional setting well suited to meet the needs of each delegate and the conference as a whole.

CLAY 2018 will take place May 25th, 26th and 27th! Please check back for updates on staff team hiring and delegate registration! For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the CLAY Coordinator (Rachel Persaud) by e-mail at CLAY@msu.mcmaster.ca

If you are partaking in Ramadan, we have meal accommodations, as well as spaces provided for prayer. If you require any other accomadations please contact clay@msu.mcmaster.ca and we can try out best to provide them.
