The staff of the McMaster Students Union Day Care Centre is frequently complemented by Mohawk College students. These students, who are enrolled in Early Childhood Education, participate in delivering the Centre’s program as part of their field placement.

High school students work as volunteers at the Centre as part of their co-op in Families Studies programs.

McMaster students volunteer with the centre through their faculty or through personal interest. Studies by McMaster students are occasionally done at in the centre with signed parental permission.

We welcome volunteers from McMaster.

All Students and Volunteers must have a Vulnerable Sector Police Check done in order to work at the centre.

Please send a resume via  email to dthomson@msu.mcmaster.ca and let me know which orientation session you will be able to attend.

Dates for volunteer orientation to be set.

The orientations take place at the centre at 1145 King Street West,

Haddon Ave. entrance (through the playground).
