About this Survey

The purpose of this survey is to better understand student interactions of students with the medical and professional services offered by with four health services provided at McMaster University: The Student Wellness Centre (SWC), The Student Wellness Lounge, Student Accessibility Services (SAS), and the Student Health Education Centre (SHEC).

We highly encourage students of all backgrounds to participate in this survey, especially students of racialized and marginalized backgrounds.

This survey is anonymous. Even if you are logged in your personal information will not be saved.
